Sarah began painting and drawing in her early teens and has continued ever since. She attended both Thurrock and Southend Art Colleges and gained a National Diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design and Illustration.
She gave up full time emloyment in 2006 to concentrate on painting and drawing which she finds relaxing, sometimes frustrating but overall immensly satisfying.
Sarah also works [part-time] in a Secondary School which has Specialist Arts Status – her job involves supplementing the Art department, arranging exhibitions and occasional teaching.
Sarah has exhibited at various festivals and shows in the past which have proved quite successful.
From a family with a love of music, Sarah has painted a range of musical legends – from jazz artists to rock icons and modern day musicians.
